| As soon as we were back from Cuba it was time to bottle the cider that I started brewing. |

| Both the pumpkin cider and apple/pear cider bottled. Now I have to wait another 2 to 4 weeks while it carbonates and it mellows out. Fingers crossed |

| Our neighbours have hops growing wild along the fence so I obtained a few to make some hoppy ginger soda |

| After a very early start to the day it was very exciting to get to the resort and have some fun |

| After getting settled in our room and some lunch we headed over to the beach. Owen didn't want to leave. |

| We were very lucky with the weather for the week, over 30 and very sunny every day |

| By mid week we were finally able to convince Owen to head back to the beach. He was more than happy to play in the sand all day. |
