This Week In pics

Oma came to visit this week and I have finally figured out why I never take any pics during these visits, because I run around like a maniac trying to get a million things accomplished. 

Rob and I were able to get a couple of projects started on around the house along with some gardening with the help from my Mom. It was a very busy but fun week.

at least 10 times a day

I actually had enough energy at the end of the day to
make blackberry margaritas

After an hour at the pool he still had tons of
energy so off to the park we went

Black bean, pork and cheese burrito went down
really well

We had James and his parents over for dinner and 

the boys did not stop playing the entire evening

Oma had brought these sticker books over months ago and Owen still
loves getting them out and playing, this was new!

This Week In Pics

While Owen napped I transplanted this hydrangea
from the back, what a beast

This week has been a rainy one so we spent one afternoon
at a local nursery and had a blast. The bowl of pansies
were a freebie and fit nicely on the front porch, bonus!

Owen had to go a check everything out, including the
bobcat and tractors

The rain also meant several days visiting the
play group which he loved

Earlier in the week it was sunny and the boys
enjoyed being pulled around, the only time they were still

These opened up for mothers day

While visiting Canadian Tire Owen was only interested in the sheds

This week was a bit of a rough one in regards to accidents,
starting with this face plant on the street

While grocery shopping Owen found this tube of
cookie dough and wouldn't put it down

I have no idea how he knew what it was but he loved it!
Of course we had to buy it

This Week In Pics

Rob was away at a conference this week so my parents stayed for the first half to help out. The weather was very spring like, so very unpredictable, which made the week a bit more challenging. 

It was great to have Oma and Grandpa visit for a few days and of course I didn't get any photos! Owen loved having them around and still asks for "Oma Ganpa".

We were outside when Rob arrived home on Friday and Owen was so excited to see Dad. It was a long week but a very rewarding one.
