This Month In Pics!

Sitting down tonight I realised that I have not blogged in some time. Owen has been taking longer to put down at night, sometimes with me falling asleep beside him before he falls asleep.
So here's a recap of what we've been up to.

Owen loves to help in the kitchen and yes,
he's not wearing pants

Picking Owen up from school before Father's Day
I saw this up on the wall. So sweet.

Moving day finally arrived for James and family so I
kept an eye on the kids while all the action was
going on across the street

The boys played hard and had the best day

BBQ pizzas for lunch

Back outside for some street painting

They loved it

Then on to causing trouble on the street

Owen thought Sidney's chair was pretty entertaining,
as did James based on the hysterical laughter
coming from the two of them

After everyone had left Owen was full of beans so
good run on his bike helped

Needless to say, Owen passed out early so I enjoyed
some homebrew cider on the deck, feet up of course.

Getting bigger and lookin cool

Fathers Day was spent most of the day like this. We
all did enjoy a lovely BBQ and fun filled the weekend

A quick pic after a great workout

Owen was determined to help Daddy mow the lawn,
so Rob ensured he was properly outfitted

Off to work he went

Of course the ice cream truck rolled by before they
finished and just as I turned the BBQ on
to start dinner!

Looked who stopped by the following weekend! James
and family came back for one last cleanup so the boys
and I had an adventure packed morning.
We really are going to miss them.

This Week In Pics

Lately when I try to take a pic, this is what I get
Last weekend the neighbours had a few of us over for a bbq and we
all had a great time. I'm going to be sad to see them go in a couple of weeks.

One morning heading out to school he was just
so cute I couldn't pass on a pic

This Sat morning I had both boys playing together
while Janet put baby Sidney down for a nap
across the street. It was a lot of fun.

I had made up some chalk paint for the boys to get
outside and play with. To keep it easy I gave them
each a squeezy bottle full of paint.

They loved it

Then it was on to chasing each other up and down
the driveway

That afternoon we all went to a retirement party, Oma and
Grandpa were there! Unfortunately there were far to
many people and I had a really difficult time. I don't know
if it was all the noise but I wasn't ready for it.

Today the kids managed to flag down the ice cream truck
and everyone was pretty excited.
