It started with a wonderful sleep in till 7am this morning, canoli and latte for breakfast and some beautiful perfume from my sweet boy (with some fantastic guidance from Daddy of course).
By 9:30 we were all outside playing in the front, Owen with his friends, Rob working on some weekend jobs and I planted the zinnia seedlings we had started a couple of weeks ago.
My parents and sister joined us for a wonderful lunch, it was busy as usual so of course no pics to show sadly but a wonderful time together indeed.
To finish off the day, Owen was asking to play with James (something he never does) and the two of them had a blast with the Daddy's taking turns playing chase and the Mom's getting a rare opportunity to chat.
